Appearance: (The appearance of this Hollow, a physical description, a picture would be nice, just remember that all Hollow have a Hollow-Hole somewhere, and a Hollow Mask, which is a fragile point of a Hollow. Also, if there are any deformities, please note them here.)

Personality: (The personality of this Hollow, most tend to have darker personalities, but, I suppose it's alright if one is lighter in personality.)

Gender: (Is this Hollow a male or female, this affects the echoing tone of voice coming from the Hollow.)

Class: (Which Class of Hollow is this specific Hollow? Ranks: Menos(Average), Gillian(Giant Hollows made up of hundreds of other Hollows.), Adjuchas(More humanoid-like Hollows, whom still bear a mask and hole, but, are certainly more humanoid in size, and limbs, as well as build in general.), Vasto Lorde (The greatest of the Menos, almost completely humanoid, they are known to surpass even the Captains of Shinigami in power, speed and skill). All Hollows, unless given special permission MUST start as a Menos, and work their way up through evolution. This only changes if given special permission from an admin.
